Mosaic-led ESOP Acquires NuSource Financial from Tonka Bay

Mosaic Capital Partners led an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to acquire NuSource Financial, a bank-technology and ATM/branch transformation provider headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, from Tonka Bay Equity Partners. Stellus Capital Management provided first-lien term loan financing and a structured equity co-investment to support the transaction; Pagemill Partners served as NuSource's financial advisor.

Convergint Acquires Fiber Solutions

Convergint, a global systems integrator, has acquired Fiber Solutions, a Fort Myers–headquartered integrator specializing in fiber optic, structured cabling, electronic security, and audio/video networks. The deal expands Convergint’s presence in the Southeast U.S. (Fort Myers and Nashville) and broadens its capabilities in the healthcare and commercial markets.
