VMG Health Acquires RR Health Strategies

VMG Health, a Dallas-based healthcare valuation and transaction advisory firm and portfolio company of Northlane Capital Partners, has acquired RR Health Strategies, LLC, a Hauppauge, New York-based medical coding, compliance, and operational excellence consulting firm. The RRHS team, led by President Pam D'Apuzzo, will lead VMG Health's new Coding, Compliance, and Operational Excellence service line to expand the firm's compliance-driven offerings and support clients across health systems, law firms, CPAs, billing vendors, PE firms, and healthcare practices.
