Overhaul, the Austin-based in‑transit supply chain risk management platform, has acquired FreightVerify, an Ann Arbor-based end-to-end supply chain visibility provider known for SKU- and part-level tracking. The acquisition combines Overhaul's real-time risk mitigation and monitoring capabilities with FreightVerify's precision visibility to deliver deeper inventory control and proactive response for high-consequence cargo across automotive, healthcare, high-tech and consumer markets.
