Sunstone Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has made a growth investment in Accuhealth to support the company’s expansion of its remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) offerings. As part of the investment, Chris Schmaltz will join as Executive Chairman and Jennifer (Jeni) Bahr will join as CFO to help accelerate Accuhealth's growth and product/service expansion across physician practices and health systems.

HealthpointCapital acquired a majority stake in SteriCUBE Holdings, Inc., the developer of the patented Multiple Tray Sterilization (MTS) System that eliminates disposable "blue wrap" used in surgical instrument tray sterilization. The investment will bring new leadership to SteriCUBE and aims to accelerate commercialization of the FDA-cleared system across hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers, driving cost, workflow and environmental benefits.
