3M Company has made a strategic (minority) investment in Repairify, Inc. d/b/a asTech, a Kinderhook Industries portfolio company that provides OEM diagnostics, calibration and repair technology to the automotive repair aftermarket. The investment will help asTech accelerate its tools, technology and service offerings and expand commercially across the Americas and Europe; financial terms were not disclosed.
