A wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in DigitalBridge portfolio company Landmark Dividend LLC alongside DigitalBridge-sponsored vehicles. The minority investment is a strategic partnership to support Landmark's continued expansion of its real estate and digital infrastructure platform across strategic locations in the United States.

DigitalBridge Acquires Wafra's 31.5% Stake in DigitalBridge IM

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. agreed to acquire Wafra Inc.'s 31.5% ownership stake in DigitalBridge's investment management subsidiary (DigitalBridge IM) for $410 million of newly issued DigitalBridge Class A common stock and $390 million in cash, with an earnout of up to $125 million. The transaction will make DigitalBridge the 100% owner of DigitalBridge IM, is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings by increasing fee-related earnings and performance fee entitlement, and furthers corporate simplification and alignment between shareholders and the investment-management platform.

EdgePoint has secured over 10,000 sites across Indonesia and Malaysia, including a controlling stake in PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, the purchase of 4,247 towers from Indosat Ooredoo (sale‑leaseback), and the acquisition of Asiaspace in Malaysia to accelerate 5G infrastructure deployment.

Thoma Bravo has signed an agreement to sell a significant minority stake in Qlik to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), with Thoma Bravo remaining the majority shareholder and making a new equity investment. A consortium of other investors is expected to participate alongside ADIA and Thoma Bravo; the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q1 2025.
