MBI Industrial Medicine Acquires WorkWell and HealthQuest in Colorado

Clearview Capital-backed platform MBI Industrial Medicine acquired WorkWell Occupational Medicine (closed Aug 27, 2021) and HealthQuest Medical & Conspire! (closed Apr 14, 2022), expanding MBI’s occupational health footprint into Colorado. The deals add eight clinics across the Denver–Fort Collins Front Range and Colorado Springs, bringing MBI’s integrated occupational injury care and rehabilitation services to new employer customers in the state.
