Global Payments Inc. agreed to acquire MineralTree, a provider of accounts payable automation and B2B payments SaaS, for $500 million in cash. The acquisition expands Global Payments' B2B payments and AP automation capabilities and is expected to close pending customary approvals.

The deal strengthens Incremental's Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities and accelerates its position in the UK financial services market; the combined group now has run-rate revenues above £20m and about 180 employees. Redspire will continue to operate as an autonomous business within Incremental.

Beech Tree Private Equity Acquires Inspiro Learning
