EVOTEK acquired Mystic River Consulting (now operating as Mystic River Solutions) to expand its services into Intelligent and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI and machine learning. The deal brings roughly 25 Mystic River employees into EVOTEK, extends EVOTEK’s national reach into the Northeast and creates a combined organization with approximately 130 employees and combined revenues reported above $350 million.
