Limerston Capital has acquired Source BioScience's Stability Storage business (renamed Astoriom) from Source BioScience. The UK-headquartered biorepository specialist, based in Rochdale with 33 employees, will be developed as a platform for buy-and-build expansion into the US and European pharmaceutical and biologics markets.
