By Light Professional IT Services LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI), a developer and integrator of modeling, simulation and training systems for military and first-responder customers. The deal, subject to CESI shareholder and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in early Q4 2019 and will add CESI's simulation engineering capabilities and program footprint to By Light's government systems integration platform.
