Aquiline-Managed Fund to Acquire Xact Data Discovery from JLL Partners

JLL Partners has signed a definitive agreement to sell Xact Data Discovery (Xact), a provider of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services, to an investment fund managed by Aquiline Capital Partners. Aquiline and investment funds managed by Stone Point intend to combine Xact with Consilio following close; closing was expected in May 2021 and is subject to customary conditions.

Zix Corporation Acquires Erado

Zix Corporation has acquired Seattle-based Erado, a provider of unified archiving, supervision, eDiscovery and analytics, to expand Zix’s cloud-based archiving, compliance and messaging solutions—particularly for regulated financial services customers. Erado serves more than 18,000 customers and the acquisition is expected to add approximately $1.5 million in subscription revenue in 2018 while enabling broader compliance and multi-channel archiving capabilities for Zix’s customer base.

Consilio Acquires Adecco Group’s Special Counsel Legal Consulting and eDiscovery Units (D4 and EQ)

The deal expands Consilio’s document review, legal process outsourcing and cyber incident response capabilities while Adecco retains its legal staffing and permanent placement units, which will transition to LHH Professional Recruitment.

UnitedLex Acquires BlackStone Discovery
