An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CORA Health Holdings Corp. (CORA Physical Therapy) from Gryphon Investors. CORA, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates 228 outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics with 850+ clinicians; H.I.G. plans to support the company's continued organic and acquisition-driven growth.
