Standard Iron Acquires Helgesen Industries

Standard Iron, a heavy metal fabricator majority-owned by Owner Resource Group, has acquired Helgesen Industries, a manufacturer of fluid conditioning tanks and other engineered fabrications. The deal — an add-on to Standard Iron's platform — expands manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint (Helgesen operates in Wisconsin, Poland and Brazil) and closed on August 2, 2024.

Owner Resource Group Recapitalizes Standard Iron & Wire Works

Extreme Steel Acquires Superior Iron Works

Extreme Steel Inc., a Winchester, Virginia-based steel fabrication and erection company, has acquired Superior Iron Works and its fabrication facility in Sterling, Virginia. The deal expands Extreme Steel's capacity and footprint in the DMV region, adding a fourth facility and additional fabrication resources to better serve construction and infrastructure customers.

The Jade Steel Group Acquires Precision Kidd Steel Company

JM Steel Acquires Five Star Roll Form and Sun States Steel

West Star is a leading independent provider of MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) services to the business aviation industry with primary locations in East Alton, Illinois; Grand Junction, Colorado; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Perryville, Missouri.
