Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating, a Fort Lauderdale-based national commercial paving company backed by Harbor Beach Capital, acquired Black Diamond Paving & Concrete, which is headquartered in Hayward, California with an additional office in Escondido. The deal expands Atlantic Southern's footprint in Northern and Southern California and is the company's fourth acquisition of the year as it pursues geographic growth under its partnership with Harbor Beach Capital.
