Recorded Future Acquires Gemini Advisory

Recorded Future has agreed to acquire fraud analytics provider Gemini Advisory in a cash-and-equity transaction valued at $52 million. Gemini Advisory will operate as an independent business unit within Recorded Future, expanding Recorded Future’s capabilities into payment card, merchant, and transactional fraud intelligence to better serve enterprise customers.
