The Broe Group and Hudson Valley Parking Trust have jointly acquired 100% of Dallas-based Platinum Parking, adding more than 100,000 spaces across 300 locations and expanding the partners into 19 new markets across six states. The deal builds Hudson Valley Parking Trust's national parking platform and follows the partners' recent acquisition of ICON Parking, combining Broe's real estate expertise with HVPT's parking operations and technology capabilities.

Callaway Hudson Partners (a partnership between Hudson Valley Parking Trust and Callaway Capital Management) has acquired ICON Parking, an operator of parking garages and mobility services in New York City. Growth capital for the acquisition was provided by Turning Rock Partners and Arkview Capital to support ICON’s expansion and pursuit of ancillary markets, including EV charging and broader geographic growth.

The transaction gives the buyers control of more than 150 NYC locations (over two million annual transactions) and aims to combine Broe's real estate expertise with HVPT's parking operational capabilities to support national expansion and growth initiatives.

TruckPro, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, is a leading distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts with more than 150 locations across the United States and Canada; Platinum Equity said it will pursue organic growth and potential acquisitions to expand the business.
