CGI Completes Acquisition of Novatec

CGI has completed the previously announced acquisition of Novatec through its wholly owned limited partnership, CGI Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG. More than 300 Novatec IT and consulting experts from offices in Germany and Granada, Spain have joined CGI, strengthening CGI's technology capabilities and European presence across automotive, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
