Falx Capital Acquires Integrity Data Solutions

Falx Capital LLC, a Denver-based private investment firm, has acquired Integrity Data Solutions, Inc. ("ID Solutions"), a Phoenix-headquartered provider of automated data collection, RFID/barcode hardware and cloud-based warehouse and inventory management software. Terms were not disclosed; ID Solutions' co-founder and CEO Stephen R. Moore will retire following a transition while the existing team remains to support growth and product expansion under Falx Capital's ownership.
