Paladina Health Acquires Healthstat to Triple Clinic Footprint

Paladina Health has signed an agreement to acquire Charlotte-based Healthstat, an employer-focused provider of onsite, near-site and virtual primary care, occupational health and wellness programs. The deal more than triples Paladina's clinic network—adding over 230 clinics across 13 states—and expands the company's geographic footprint into the Southeast, creating a national direct primary care platform of about 350 clinics.
