Merck GHIF and New Mountain Capital Invest $30M in Ciox Health

Ciox Health received a $30 million equity investment led by Merck Global Health Innovation Fund alongside private equity owner New Mountain Capital to accelerate development of its Digital Patient Clone and expand clinical data capabilities. The financing aims to enhance Ciox's clinical data liquidity and support research use of de-identified real-world patient data to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
