Energy Services of America Corporation’s Nitro Construction Services subsidiary completed the purchase of substantially all assets of Revolt Energy, Inc., a Nitro, West Virginia-based solar installation company. The asset purchase, completed April 30, 2021, brings residential and growing commercial/industrial solar installation capabilities into Nitro’s service offering to support diversification into renewable energy.

Energy Services of America Corporation formed a wholly owned subsidiary, West Virginia Pipeline Acquisition Company, and entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of WV Pipeline, Inc. for $3.5 million cash plus a $3.0 million seller note; the transaction was expected to close December 31, 2020. The acquisition expands Energy Services' capabilities and geographic presence in gas and water distribution utility services in southern West Virginia, and WV Pipeline's leadership (David and Daniel Bolton) will remain with the business.

EQT Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in Heritage Environmental Services

EQT Infrastructure VI has agreed to acquire a majority position in Heritage Environmental Services (HES) from The Heritage Group. HES, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, operates 37 regulated facilities in the U.S., employs roughly 1,600 people, and provides industrial and hazardous waste management, on‑site support, emergency response and sustainability services to more than 1,800 customers; EQT says it will support HES's growth, digitalization and operational improvements.

NuEra Enterprises Acquires Oasis Painting & Renovation

Chicago-based Oasis Painting & Renovation, a family-owned residential renovation and maintenance services provider, was sold by owner John Jensen in a transition managed by Sun Acquisitions to strategic acquirer NuEra Enterprises. The transaction transfers a multi-decade, apartment- and property-management-focused renovation business to NuEra, which will continue the company's painting, restoration, and renovation services.

Energy Services of America Corporation (Nasdaq: ESOA) formed a wholly owned subsidiary to acquire substantially all assets of Tri-State Paving & Sealcoating, LLC for $7.5 million in cash, a $1.0 million seller note, and $1.0 million in ESOA common stock. The asset purchase, which is expected to close April 29, 2022, will expand Energy Services' capabilities and presence in the water distribution utilities market; Tri-State's president David Corns will continue with the new subsidiary.
