Forefront Dermatology has acquired The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C. and The Spa at the Waldorf Center, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. Dresner Partners advised the sellers, and Forefront — a PE-backed dermatology platform headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin with over 225 clinics — will integrate Waldorf’s Portland/Beaverton-area plastic surgery and spa services into its network.
