One Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Wheeler Fleet Solutions, an aftermarket parts distributor serving medium- and heavy‑duty fleets, from VSE Corporation in a divestiture transaction. Comvest Credit Partners provided a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition; Wheeler is headquartered in Somerset, Pennsylvania and employs roughly 300–400 people across multiple U.S. distribution centers.
