Cinven Makes Majority Investment in think-cell

International private equity firm Cinven has agreed to make a majority investment in think-cell, the Berlin‑based developer of charting and layout software for Microsoft PowerPoint. Financial terms were not disclosed; think‑cell founders Markus Hannebauer and Arno Schödl will remain significant minority investors as Cinven supports international expansion and commercialisation efforts.
