Zscaler Acquires Avalor for $350M

Zscaler has acquired Israeli cybersecurity startup Avalor for $350 million, expanding its Zero Trust Exchange with Avalor's Data Fabric for Security and Unified Vulnerability Management capabilities. The deal, which closed on March 13, 2024, will have Avalor operate as an independent unit within Zscaler to continue developing its data and AI-driven security solutions.
