Haun Welding Supply, Inc., a 4th-generation welding supply company based in Syracuse, acquired the Albany division of family-owned Cryo Weld, Inc. The deal expands Haun's footprint across the Northeast and transfers the Albany operations to Haun while Cryo Weld continues independently under family ownership with remaining offices in Poughkeepsie and Lake Katrine, N.Y.
