Trinity Hunt Partners has launched Parallel ENT & Allergy Partners, a physician-centric management services organization (MSO) for ENT and allergy practices, and completed a strategic partnership with ENT & Allergy of Delaware (ENTAD) in March 2022. Parallel, backed by Trinity Hunt and led by CEO Glenn Noble, will provide scalable non-clinical support to ENTAD (15 physicians, 12 audiologists and over 140 support staff) and other partner practices as it grows.

Parallel will provide non-clinical practice management services while the practices, founded by Dr. Lance Jackson, retain clinical autonomy; the practices have five board-certified physicians and a combined staff of about 50.

Align ENT + Allergy Adds Mid-Michigan ENT

Zenyth Partners Backs Align ENT + Allergy Platform Formed by Four Northeast ENT Practices

Four Northeast ENT practices — Pinnacle ENT, Providence ENT, BergerHenry ENT, and Greenwich ENT — have partnered to form Align ENT + Allergy, a physician‑led management services organization (MSO). The new platform, backed by Zenyth Partners, brings together 30 physicians, 28 audiologists and about 160 teammates across eight divisions in Pennsylvania and Connecticut to provide centralized non‑clinical support while preserving local clinical autonomy.
