Wealth Enhancement Acquires Northwest Investment Counselors, LLC

Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm with $102.1 billion in client assets, has acquired Northwest Investment Counselors, an independent RIA based in Lake Oswego, Oregon that manages about $673 million in client assets. The transaction, which closed December 31, 2024, expands Wealth Enhancement's presence in the Pacific Northwest and augments its advisory bench and service capabilities.

The deal — Wealth Enhancement's 100th acquisition — brings Wise Wealth's approximately $464 million in client assets and a 12-person team into Wealth Enhancement, expanding the firm's presence in the greater Kansas City market and pushing total client assets to more than $125 billion.

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm, has acquired Kings Point Capital Management, an independent RIA with offices in Great Neck, New York and Brentwood, Tennessee. The deal brings Kings Point’s $1.7 billion in client assets onto Wealth Enhancement Group’s platform, increasing the firm’s total client assets to about $55 billion and adding a team of five advisors plus 11 support staff.

Wealth Enhancement has acquired Guidance Wealth, an independent registered investment advisor based in Elkhart, Indiana that oversees approximately $165 million in client assets. The acquisition closed on October 31, 2025 and increases Wealth Enhancement's total client assets to more than $125.1 billion while bringing the Guidance Wealth advisory team onto Wealth Enhancement's national platform.
