Carlyle Acquires Kyoden

Global investment firm Carlyle has acquired Kyoden Co., a Nagano-prefecture headquartered manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS). Carlyle will partner with Kyoden's management to accelerate development of high-multilayer and build-up PCB manufacturing capabilities and support the company's international expansion.

The financing, led by Carlyle Credit Opportunities, strengthens the co‑founders' ownership and provides growth capital to support Jordanes' continued expansion across its portfolio of Nordic consumer brands and casual dining businesses.
