Validant Acquires Greenleaf Health

Validant, a PE-backed global quality, compliance and regulatory consulting group, has acquired Greenleaf Health, a Washington, D.C.-based FDA regulatory consulting firm. Concurrent with the acquisition, Greenleaf founder Patrick Ronan was named CEO of Validant as the combined group expands its regulatory and quality capabilities supported by GHO Capital.
