The deal — terms confidential — expands PTI's U.S. tower portfolio ahead of 5G deployments; Tower Ventures is a Memphis, Tennessee–based tower operator previously owned by its management team with an investment from BBH Capital Partners.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Sites and Technology Associates EC (TAEC)

PTI also completed the acquisiton of Technology Associates EC Inc. (TAEC), adding 90+ telecom infrastructure professionals and expanding PTI's US engineering, site-acquisition and construction project management capabilities.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Cellnex's Irish Business for €971M

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Infracos JV from Bouygues Telecom and SFR

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has closed the acquisition of Infracos, the joint venture owned by Bouygues Telecom and SFR that manages approximately 3,700 wireless sites across France. The deal expands PTI's French footprint to nearly 10,000 sites and increases its global portfolio to more than 33,000 towers; Bouygues Telecom and SFR were the selling parties.

Macquarie Capital (the advisory, capital markets and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group) has completed the financial close of an investment in Phil-Tower Consortium Inc (PhilTower), a fast-growing independent tower company in the Philippines. The investment will support PhilTower's aggressive rollout of more than 1,000 sites and enable geographic expansion to meet growing demand for 4G and 5G services.
