METRA Industry completed the acquisition of Rustici S.p.A. (based in Pistoia) on 21 September. Rustici, a long-time supplier to railway OEMs of welded structural sub-assemblies from aluminium extrusions and laminates, strengthens METRA’s welding and assembly capabilities and broadens its value-added manufacturing offerings for industrial and building markets.
