TPG Growth, the middle-market and growth equity platform of TPG, has acquired Implantable Provider Group, Inc. (IPG), a provider of surgical cost management solutions. The transaction represents an exit for Camden Partners (and acknowledges prior investor Sequoia Capital) and positions IPG to accelerate geographic expansion and scale its surgical cost-management and analytics platform.
