Align Capital Partners (ACP) has acquired Counsel Press, Inc., a New York–headquartered, tech-enabled legal process outsourcing provider focused on appellate and litigation support services, from Gladstone Investment Corporation. ACP intends to partner with management to accelerate growth, build a diversified legal services platform and pursue add-on M&A to expand Counsel Press's offerings to law firms and corporate legal departments.

Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP), together with Bourne Partners Strategic Capital (BPSC), announced the acquisition of Pharmaceutical Associates, Inc. (PAI), a U.S. manufacturer of generic liquid and unit-dose pharmaceuticals. The investment will provide growth capital to expand PAI's manufacturing capacity, product lines and market footprint while leveraging BPSC's pharmaceutical network and EHP's healthcare investment experience.

HireQuest, Inc. Acquires Northbound Executive Search

HireQuest, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Northbound Executive Search, a New York-based executive placement and short-term consultant firm founded in 2010 that generated over $15 million of revenue in 2021. HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

East West Manufacturing, an integrated design, engineering and electronics manufacturing services provider based in Atlanta, has acquired Eastprint Incorporated, a North Andover, Massachusetts printed-electronics and HMI specialist. The acquisition expands East West’s capabilities in printed electronics, membrane switches, IML/IMD overlays, biosensors and wearables and strengthens its presence in Massachusetts and Mexico; terms were not disclosed.

Counsel Press Acquires Legalex LLC

Counsel Press, the outsourced legal services platform backed by Align Capital Partners, has acquired Legalex LLC, a New York–based technology-enabled process-serving and court e-filing platform. The add-on expands Counsel Press's service-of-process and e-filing capabilities, increases its TAM and cross-sell opportunities with existing litigator customers, and is the platform's seventh add-on since ACP partnered with Counsel Press in 2023.
