Carlock Automotive Group Acquires Gulf Coast Auto Group (Mobile, AL)

Carlock Automotive Group, led by Clay Carlock, acquired Gulf Coast Auto Group — a portfolio of four luxury dealerships (Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo) in Mobile, Alabama — from owner Roger Tovar. The transaction was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services and the dealerships will remain at their current locations and be rebranded under the Carlock name.

Austin Pugmire Acquires Pioneer Ford; Tony and Bob Esposito Acquire Havana Ford

DSMA facilitated the sale of Pioneer Ford in Bremen, Georgia to Austin Pugmire of Pugmire Automotive Group, with sellers Tammy Raciborski and Bob Winiarczyk. In a separate transaction DSMA also facilitated the sale of Havana Ford in Havana, Florida to Tony Esposito and Bob (Robert) Esposito from seller Ken Ball, reflecting regional consolidation and geographic expansion among Ford dealers in the Southeast.

Krause Auto Group Acquires Three Florida Dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive

Krause Auto Group of Alpharetta, Georgia purchased three Southwest Florida dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive Group for more than $110 million in an acquisition that includes Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and Sutherlin Genesis in Fort Myers. The stores will be rebranded as Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Genesis; Krause plans renovations and service expansion at the Fort Myers Nissan location. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller in the transaction.
