Volaris Group Acquires Symbrio AB

Volaris Group has completed the acquisition of Symbrio AB, a Stockholm-based provider of cloud-native procure-to-pay software for the installation industry. Volaris said the purchase will complement its portfolio by adding a market-leading SaaS procurement solution and support Symbrio’s continued autonomous operation and growth.
