Turn/River Capital Acquires StarLIMS from Francisco Partners

Turn/River plans to scale StarLIMS’ product and go-to-market capabilities — including AI integration — while CEO Trey Cook remains in place as Francisco Partners fully exits the investment.

Instem Acquires RockStep Solutions (Climb)

Confience Acquires Computing Solutions, Inc. (LabSoft LIMS)

The combination brings together LabVantage’s LIMS/ELN/SDMS platform with Biomax’s decision-support and knowledge-management software to expand product and service offerings for life sciences, biomanufacturing and healthcare customers.
