Magellan Partners has acquired Adone Conseil, the leading European management consulting firm focused on the luxury and retail sectors, combining capabilities to create a comprehensive organization and technology consulting offering. Adone Conseil brings nearly 500 employees and €75 million in revenue (2022), and the deal boosts Magellan Partners Group to roughly €370 million in revenues and about 2,700 employees in 2023.

Novacap Invests in Consilium Insurance

The deal (terms not disclosed) brings Volante's specialty underwriting capabilities, Lloyd’s syndicate alignment and international presence into Acrisure’s growing MGA strategy; prior majority investor was Nephila Holdings Ltd. (a subsidiary of Markel Corporation).
