Brookfield Commits Up to $1.1 Billion to Infinium to Scale eFuels Production

Brookfield Asset Management, via the first vintage of its Brookfield Global Transition Fund (BGTF I), committed an initial $200+ million and up to $850 million in follow-on capital to Infinium to accelerate deployment of its ultra-low-carbon eFuels platform and Project Roadrunner in West Texas. The funding will include Brookfield leading Infinium's Series C preferred stock offering and supports scaling Infinium's eSAF, eDiesel and eNaphtha production to meet growing airline and industrial offtake demand.

Caprock Acquires Grey Street Capital

Caprock, a multi-family office Registered Investment Advisor, has acquired Grey Street Capital, a Chicago-based boutique advisory firm with $2.2 billion in client assets. The deal expands Caprock's geographic footprint and advisor presence across Chicago, Scottsdale (AZ), Winter Park (FL), and Morris County (NJ), and Grey Street will operate under the Caprock brand; terms were not disclosed.

NuChem Sciences Acquires IniXium

The deal expands NuChem's structural biology and recombinant protein production capabilities—integrating IniXium's crystallography and fragment screening expertise into NuChem's drug-discovery services.

Graycliff Partners Acquires Gold Tech Industries

Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions Acquires Infiniti Energy

Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions (ETS), a division of Aggreko, has acquired Infiniti Energy, a U.S.-based commercial and industrial solar developer and IPP, from Upper Bay Infrastructure Partners. The deal adds 12 MW of contracted operating solar assets, 22 MW of construction-ready projects and an additional pipeline to Aggreko ETS, strengthening its distributed solar EPC capabilities and East Coast presence.

Euronet Worldwide Acquires Infinitium Holdings (Singapore)

Euronet Worldwide acquired Infinitium Holdings Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based digital payments and risk-management company, and will integrate Infinitium’s payment authentication (including 3DS) and gateway capabilities into its Ren payments platform. Infinitium’s senior management will remain with the business and the company brings approximately 200 software developers and architects and an established customer base across Southeast Asia.
