GeBBS Healthcare Solutions Acquires CPa Medical Billing

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a portfolio company backed by ChrysCapital, has acquired CPa Medical Billing, an East Haven, Connecticut-based revenue cycle management (RCM) provider with a niche focus on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). The deal expands GeBBS' US delivery footprint and adds specialized FQHC billing capabilities to its end-to-end RCM and risk adjustment offering; financial terms were not disclosed.
