Polenghi Group Acquires Nielsen Citrus Products Company

The Polenghi Group has acquired Nielsen Citrus Products Company, a California-based producer of lemon juice, to strengthen its US presence and shorten supply chains for improved quality and sustainability. Italian development finance institution Simest supported the deal with an €8 million investment, acquiring a minority stake in Nielsen.
