Shearer Supply Acquires Climatic Comfort Products from The Climatic Corporation

Shearer Supply has acquired Climatic Comfort Products (CCP), the HVAC distribution subsidiary of The Climatic Corporation, adding CCP’s eight branches across Florida, Georgia and Alabama to Shearer’s footprint. The deal, completed after Shearer’s partnership with Investcorp, expands Shearer’s Southeast reach, deepens its relationship with American Standard and bolsters its residential and commercial HVAC distribution capabilities.
