KBR, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Centauri, LLC from Arlington Capital Partners for $827 million, expanding KBR's military space, directed energy, and intelligence capabilities. Centauri, headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, is a provider of advanced space and intelligence engineering and cybersecurity solutions and will broaden KBR's mission-critical government solutions offerings.

Aurorium (formerly Vertellus), a Pritzker Private Capital–backed specialty materials platform based in Indianapolis, acquired CENTAURI Technologies, a Pasadena, Texas–based manufacturer of specialty materials. The deal expands Aurorium’s advanced manufacturing capabilities—notably CENTAURI’s hydroformylation and hydrogenation expertise—and supports the platform’s growth across personal care, coatings, and transportation end markets.

Sabel Systems Acquires Centil

The deal is Sabel's second acquisition since Sagewind Capital made a majority investment in the company in October; legal and financial advisers for the deal were named in the announcement.

Tetra Tech Acquires The Kaizen Company

Caylent Acquires Trek10 to Create a Comprehensive AWS Services Partner
