Anatomy IT, a healthcare IT platform and portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Manta HealthTech, a Minneapolis–St. Paul–area managed IT services firm focused on healthcare subverticals. The deal expands Anatomy IT's capabilities and footprint in specialties including dental and optometry and brings Manta's customers and cybersecurity/HIPAA expertise into Anatomy IT's platform.

Topcon Healthcare, the digital health and ocular data business of Topcon Corporation, has acquired Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS), a U.S.-based provider of cloud-based, AI-assisted retinal screening technology. The acquisition integrates IRIS into Topcon’s Harmony connected-care platform to expand retinal screening into primary care, strengthen PCP–ECP coordination, and accelerate early disease detection at scale.

The acquisition expands NMI’s capabilities beyond gateway services to include merchant prospecting, onboarding, portfolio reporting and residual income calculations; terms were not disclosed and IRIS CRM’s president Dimitri Akhrin will remain with the combined organization.

The acquisition expands Anatomage’s product portfolio by combining its physical anatomy hardware (the Anatomage Table) with BioDigital’s cloud-based biomedical visualization platform to broaden access to medical visualization for educational, clinical, and industry customers.
