Blade Air Mobility Acquires Trinity Air Medical

Blade Air Mobility agreed to acquire Trinity Air Medical for approximately $23 million upfront plus contingent consideration, creating a nationwide, multi-modal organ logistics and transport platform. The acquisition will fold Trinity into Blade's MediMobility business, with Trinity leadership joining Blade's MediMobility management team and all Trinity employees expected to remain post-closing.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Onboard Systems International

The acquisition expands Arcline's portfolio in mission-critical electromechanical systems for aerospace and defense, adding a designer, manufacturer, and servicer of external cargo equipment for military and civil helicopters headquartered in Vancouver, Washington.

Masabi Acquires Passenger Technology Group

Masabi, a global provider of enterprise SaaS fare collection, has acquired UK-based Passenger Technology Group Ltd., a developer of passenger information, white-label mobile apps and ticketing solutions. The deal will combine Masabi’s Justride fare collection and payments platform with Passenger’s customer information and UX capabilities to create a more connected, cloud-native end-to-end mobility offering; financial terms were not disclosed.
