TraceGains has acquired NutriCalc, a UK-based provider of nutrition calculation and labeling software, integrating NutriCalc’s 30-year nutrition-calculation capabilities into TraceGains’ networked compliance and product-development platform. The deal expands TraceGains’ food and beverage product capabilities and links NutriCalc’s global customer base to TraceGains’ ingredient marketplace and supplier network; financial terms were not disclosed.
