Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired CPR Vision, a Singapore‑headquartered provider of end-to-end CRM systems focused on luxury retail and hospitality. CPR Vision will retain its independence with CEO Cameron Richards remaining in place while Volaris provides operational support and best practices to accelerate growth and professionalize the business.
