Capitol Pain Institute (CPI), backed by private equity firm Iron Path Capital, has acquired Nura Pain Clinics to enter the Minneapolis–St. Paul market and expand CPI's national chronic pain platform into Minnesota. The transaction adds Nura's interventional pain management clinics and ambulatory surgical capabilities to CPI's network, broadening access to neuromodulation and implantable pain therapies in the Midwest.
