Flow Control Group Acquires Smith Cameron Group from Krystal Growth Partners

Krystal Growth Partners sold its portfolio company Smith Cameron Group to US-based strategic buyer Flow Control Group on July 2, 2021. Tom Kramer will remain President under the new ownership; Krystal noted the sale concludes a successful 10-year partnership during which Smith Cameron completed six acquisitions and delivered strong revenue and EBITDA growth. Fort Capital Partners and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP served as advisors to the sellers.
